Delivery time varies for different types of products. All product are made to order and lead times vary with order volume fluctuation. Generally speaking lead times run from about 5 to 8 weeks.

What shipping methods are available?

All of our products are shipped either Ground or Freight depending on the size of the package. All product are made to order and lead times vary with order volume fluctuation. Generally speaking lead times run from about 5 to 8 weeks.

Is signature on delivery required?

Majority of items shipped to our customers require signature on delivery for the following reasons:

  • Confirmation of receipt;
  • Approval of received items condition and quantity;

Are the shipped goods insured?

In order to protect the value of our customers’ purchases, all items shipped from us are covered by insurance with the carrier.

Viewing your order

Details about all of your current and past orders can be found in your personal account page.

Changing / canceling your order

You can change/cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the initial order. There are no cancellation fees for regularly stocked items. However, special orders bear a Cancellation fee of 25% if cancelled within 1 week after order is placed. Special orders cannot be cancelled after 1 week of placing the order.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped to you, you will be notified of the tracking number.

Invoice your order

We will email you an invoice when finalizing your order. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You can return standard type of products you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Standar type of products are products which do not require manufacturing on our part. The costs of returning goods to us must be covered by you.

Products that require manufacturing and customization after order is placed, such as but not limited to, interior doors, kitchen cabinets, cabient doors, and wall panels are not covered by this policy due to the high level of customization. PAYMENTS

Methods of payments

Credit/debit cards payments are processed securely through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your order. Simply fill out the payment form provided to you by PayPal. We do not store credit/debit card numbers as payments are processed through the payment network of PayPal.


In addition, you can pay with a check or money order. Check/money order payments have to clear before an order is being processed.

Use of promotion codes

Occasionally, you may receive a Promo Code which entitles you to certain discounts. You can redeem it by applying the code on your coupon in the Discount Coupon field at the time of checkout.

For details on Interior Doors sizing, please refer to our specification. In case you are not professionally involved in the door installation field, we advise you consult a professional door installer who can recommend the right door sizes and handing for your project.

Door installation

We recommend you hire a professional who is licensed by the local authorities in your area. Beside being certified as knowledgeable professionals, licensed door installers obtain insurance covering their work and the work on your project respectively.
